ORDERING

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes our minimum order value is $50 but if the order is for less than $250, then we reserve the right to pass on freight charges.

What are the freight charges if the order is less than $250?
North Island is $10.00 and South Island is $15.00.

Is there a minimum order quantity for individual items?
Yes our minimum order quantity is 3 on most individual items.

How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
Once your order has been submitted you will receive an e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number when contacting our customer service department about the status of your order.

What happens if I am not satisfied with any of the goods?
We have a policy of providing full credit for goods that you are not completely happy with.

What happens if I wish to return goods?
Call us to arrange collection of the goods and credit to your account.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
In order to make an online order you must have supplied company details and trade references before Val’s will dispatch the order. 

Can I order by other means?
You can order by email, or by phone. You can also send an enquiry via the “Contact Us” link on the right side of this page.

If I do not have an account then how do I view prices?
As this is a wholesale site you will need to create an account to view the prices and to purchase from Val's Wholesale. Once your account is approved you can choose to be invoiced for payments or pay at checkout via Shopify Payment.

How long does it take for my account to be approved? 

I have just made an account can I purchase goods now?

Yes, but we require payment prior to dispatching goods, we have a credit card payment option at checkout. 

DELIVERY

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Delivery is usually made within 5 working days from receipt of order.

How can I track the status of my order?
Please contact Val's and we can ask the courier for tracking update.

Can I have an order shipped to a P. O. Box?
No. Our courier service requires that goods are signed for and therefore a street address is required and someone must be available to sign for receipt of goods.

PAYMENT

When do I pay for my order?
For approved account holders, orders are shipped with invoice due for payment  on the 20th of the following month depending on your credit history. There is also the option to pay by credit card via Shopify Payments when you purchase online. For new customers, we can provide a pro-forma invoice for payment before the goods are shipped.
