A. There is no minimum order quantity but if the order is for less than $200, then we reserve the right to pass on freight charges

Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?
A. Please allow time for delivery. Our despatch days are Monday and Thursday. Transit time for delivery to the South Island is 3 days and North Island is 1-2 days depending on delivery address.

A. When your order is shipped you will be advised by email of the courier tracking number
Q. Can I have an order shipped to a P. O. Box?
A. No. Our courier service requires that goods are signed for and therefore a street address is required and someone must be available to sign for receipt of goods

A. For account holders, orders are shipped with invoice due for payment on the 20th of the following month
